2. What are the conditions for applying for the Singapore Entrepreneurship Pass?
For the first-time application for the Entrepreneurship Entry Pass, the following specific conditions must be met:
A. The registration type of the company must be a private limited liability company;
B. The applicant holds at least 30% of the company's equity;
C. The paid-in capital of the company is at least SGD 50,000;
Note: From April 1, 2010, the applying Singapore company must issue a bank statement and have at least SGD 50,000 in its bank account for capital verification.
D. The company has been registered for less than 6 months at the time of application.
E. Interested in starting a business in Singapore and need to actively participate in the operation of the company or enterprise, and the company needs to be registered with ACRA for less than 6 months at the time of application.
