Other Countries Account

The process of opening an account for a company in each country is similar. The following information is required for opening an account for a Hong Kong company:

1. Company registration certificate CI

2. Incorporation Form NNC1

3. The English version of the company's articles of association MA

4. Company business registration certificate BR

5. The company's annual return form NAR1 (not required for less than 1 year after establishment)

6. Photo of the front and back of the shareholder’s director’s ID card

7. Shareholder director passport or driver's license or Hong Kong and Macau passport

8. KYC form (template provided by bank)

Note: Scanned copies of company documents are provided; color scanned copies or original photos of the original documents can be provided for personal documents.

Account opening process

① Submit information: (company registration documents and relevant information of the actual controller);

② Bank preliminary review (1-2 days): determine whether the information is in compliance, whether supplementary information is needed, etc.;

③ Video interview + electric verification (1 day): appointment time, face-to-face signature for app operation, and approval by phone;

④ Bank final review (1-2 days): After the final review, an activation email will be sent, and the account will be officially registered

⑤ Activation process: After receiving the payment activation email, complete the payment.

⑥ Ukey sent (1-2 days), after receiving Ukey, you can use online banking normally
